Proper Self Discipline to Loss Weight

There are people who are genetic celebrities, people who are slim and stay slim whatever they do and no matter how much they overeat they just won't gain any pounds unlike others. Not everyone is born like this, a good percentage of people could gain weight just eating one order of French fries after losing a few pounds with extensive dieting and exercise.


What should you do to arrive at the proper mind set needed for you to loss weight, the right discipline you must have? Know your limitation and your weakness, once you know what your limitation and weaknesses are it will be easier for you to avoid temptations. Keep your focus, don't let your will waver.


It would be of help if you keep on telling yourself the number one reason you wanted to trim down. Not only does you need proper diet, right mind set, you also need good friends who will support your goal.


Write on a piece of paper all the good reason why you wanted to loss weight, and post it in your room where you could always see and read it so you're constantly reminded.


For the meantime that would be all, I will post more tomorrow. I need my sleep, not getting enough sleep contributes to gaining weight as well.
